Since everyone on here acts like they are "hubbed up/huge/muscular" let's see who can walk the walk,and who is just talking to talk. Add how long you have been lifting,list supplements(if you are taking any) and you protein intake daily.

Here is mine,lifting overall for a year(had no clue what I was doing first 6 months),no supplements and I weight 150 and take in 200-225 grams of protein a day,no lifting within 24 hours of this picture;

Bulking?! There is no such thing in my "diet"! Just eat lean with large amounts of protein and you will gain pure muscle in no time.

My list of foods I eat;
-EGGS(1 WHOLE EGG,4 EGG WHITES)
-STRAWBERRY SPECIAL K CEREAL
-SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST
-TUNA/TUNA SALAD
-HAMBURGERS MADE WITH THE LEANEST BEEF AVAILABLE MADE VIA GEORGE FOREMAN
-CHEESE/HAM/TURKEY/CHICKEN SANDWHICH(NO MAYO)
-LOAF OF BREAD/DELI LOAF(DO NOT EAT IN THE AFTERNOON OR FOR DINNER,THOSE CARBS WILL TURN INTO FAT DURING YOUR SLEEP)

Things I drink;
-FAT FREE MILK
-WATER

It's not hard,bodybuilding is how you eat more then anything.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

I've taken progress pics, but I've only been lifting (and inconsistently) for 3 months or so, with a horrendous diet...

:(

I'm still skinny and not quite so muscular.

Your consistency in the gym(not how hard you lift) and diet are more important then lifting hard or sleeping for 8+ hours a day,try to work on that and trust me,you will see gains.

Yeh. It's easier said than done though. I constantly stress the importance of diet and rest to my friends, yet, I find myself constantly breaking my own advice.

Hey Skilla, I've been noticing your posts around, and for your age (and weight), you're pretty clued up on training, and you're strong. But as you've said here and a few times before, your diet is crap. Man, what's holding you back on the eating? Money, time, the effort?

That's me, 20 yrs old, about 5.9, 150 lbs. No workout in the past week, muscles a bit flexed. Not eating particulary healthy..
Just taking an occasional protein shake after a workout..

I don't want to get like HUGE and buffed so i'm just trying to get a better v-shape and more muscle definition..

Funny how you make that comment yet I still lift more then you by looking at your workout journal,and I do more reps in my sets. The only workout it looks like you do more then me in is squatting,but let me ask you this,does your butt come within a foot of touching the ground when you squat? I can do sets of above 275lbs. when I don't do full extension squats but only 155lbs when I do them the proper way. By the way muscle weights more then fat,which is why I weight 150 at my height. Have a nice day!

guys lets not get on each others case, the reasons we lift are all different, no need to make this a competition, if you wanna do that start a "who can lift more than me thread".

Yes how very true you are. I posted this thread because there are way too many people here claiming that they are "huge/hubbed up/beef'd",I just want to know who is where.
