Yeah I threw away the whole thing yesterday b/c I looked at the ingredients and it contained that Chinese Herbal...what is it called..Muaha hui ....that's a source for Ephedrine...same thing that killed that pitcher few days ago.

Ephedra isn't for everyone. That's why the NFL has already banned it and baseball is considering it.
Granted this is mostly due to abuses of it and these cases where someone dies with it in his system. But hey I can't exactly recommend that anyone takes it.
