The thing is, it would be kind of unjust to ban him, I think. He's clueless, yes, annoying for sure, but at the same time, at least he's able to admit that he's got a problem, which is a step that a lot of people can't take in the first place.

Trust me, I'm not trying to defend him too much here, but I think that it's important that we at least try to help him, if for no other reason than to get rid of him.:yes:
