I'm so sick of my life. I can't do this **** anymore. I don't have friends and am just plain unhappy ... I really blame my parents for all this. I grew up in such a ****ty household and was emotionally tortured and now I have trouble relating to others and building relationships.

None of that has anything to do with the women of the world, other than being the real reason you get rejected. To be mad at women for it is to shoot the messenger because of the message.

If you want to get better at human interaction, you have to practice. Friendships come from shared experiences. That's the point of clubs, groups, activities, and everything that people do together. At least you know what your problems are. That's a big step. It should be obvious how to work on them. Getting laid tomorrow will not make them disappear. You're still the same person, with or without a woman.

The slightly uglier women would dance with me but afterwards just said thanks and left. The attractive younger women would just roll their eyes at me when I tried talking to them.

You're not alone. The above is an apt summary of the state of affairs when it comes to male-female relations.

The ones who are barely even in your own league (if at all) think they're too good for you and the ones in your league or a bit above think they're god's gift to the universe.

You know why they are that way? Because they get approached 50 times a night by guys like you and their ego's swell beyond measure.

That was, thus far, the single biggest disappointing and discouraging night I've ever had. It was halloween on Bourbon Street and I could not get laid despite having read and practiced this sosuave material for a few years now, how pathetic. I am tall, good looking, and felt like I played all my cards right and still went home alone. There was so many hot young pieces of ass there but they were either already there with some guy or there with their girlfriends and if I tried talking to them they would roll their eyes or just bluntly say "no". Attractive women on friday/saturday nights are ****ing impossible to pick up. Even the not so attractive ones were willing to talk to me for a bit but as soon as I tried to escalate they turned me down.

You're like an old man living in the 50's. Did you not figure out by now that women don't dress up and go out to meet guys? ESPECIALLY on special occasions? They go out to dance and party with their gf's and roll their eyes at guys.

Welcome to 2012, present day. You are practicing an outdated and completely ineffective strategy of meeting women in the modern world.

It just doesn't work like that anymore. Social hour is dead.
