Is it okay to use Kino at Bars and Clubs?

Let's say I meet a girl at a bar; we're talking for a few minutes and everything is going great. Should I use some kino?

You can kino escalate on a girl in isolation. I see it happen all the time in clubs.

Without kino there is no game. But learn to kino properly and don't be one of those creepy drunk guys.
