I haven't been out in a while, so today, I went to see the city. Semi-Calm, semi-attentive to my surrounding, but I'm comfortable with making eye contacts with people. So, all in all, I wasn't able to make one damn approach.

School starting tomorrow and I'm going to try to make some approaches, if not a lot.

Now if you'll excuse me.

Been going to school for 2 weeks now, but I wasn't able to make any approaches. No excuses.
9/10/2012:
Approach a girl who is in my math class, after the class ended.
King: Hi (Smiling)
Girl: Hi.
King: Did you get the text book yet?
Girl: Yeah
King: Great, I didn't. What is your name?
Girl: M.
King: Cool.
M: What's your name?
King: What's your major? I'm King.
M: Its *** (Security reasons)

Can't remember most of the conversation, but I left her to talk to my friends while she went to class.

1 hour later, I saw her again and we talked for like 5mins, which I asked for her number, and she gave it.

*You know the thing abut not masturbating and you get motivated to approach? I approve of it.
* I learned the true importance of kino in my interaction with another girl. Though, I'm not trying to phuck her, but I make sure there is sexual tension between us, in the event that I start to want to do her. This way, no friend-zone, and at the same time, no weirdness.

Can you be a bit more descriptive in your body language/kino/EC?

If I ask a girl for her name, she usually does not ask for mine in return lmao.

That happens to me too. Whenever I approach a female, I'm smiling.

By the way, I'm playful by nature, so that might be a contributing factor.

As I was working out, I saw this Asian girl that looked familiar. So, after several sets, I went to speak to her.
King: Hey, I wasn't sure but you look familiar. Did we ever have a conversation?
Girl: I know. You look familiar too, but I wasn't sure where I saw you.
(Then it hit me where I met her. In that same gym, which is my school gym, and we spoke a bit. Didn't close.)
King: Yeah. Its weird, you know. I don't like this feeling. Because what if I see someone who recognizes me, and I don't. Then the'll be like, yeah he ignored me.
Girl: Yeah it's really weird. I think you helped me with a machine back in the Spring semester.
King: Yeah, I remember now( (Proceeded to recall how we met). What's your name again?
Girl: Its J.
King: Awesome. Nice to meet you again, J(Grin)
J: Whats yours?
King: I'm King. Let me go do one more set. (Did my set, spoke and joked around with my friends, and went back to her)
Talking to her when another friend came the, we greeted each other.
Friend: King why are you talking and not working out?
J: Yeah. He like to talk.
King: (Smile) I'm friendly like that.
Talked a bit more, then went to do more sets. Saw her leaving, I went after her and asked for the number. She gave it to me.

Library
Saw girl from my last semester's class, asked her to look after my bag as I went to the bathroom. Came back and talked to her a bit. Asked for her name, didn't ask for mine, so I know either, is not interested, or has low interest level. What I accomplished though was making her smile. I rule.

Cafeteria:
Got my food, and sat near an Asian girl.
King: Do I know you?
Girl: I don't think so.
King: Was Mr. K your English teacher, last couple of semesters ago?
Girl: Yeah
King: I knew it. We were in the same class
Girl: Maybe.
King: What's your name?
Girl: L
King: Nice, what's your major?
L: BA
King: Me too. Are you graduating soon?
L: Next year.
King: Nice. If I was close, I would given you a high five.
L: (Raises hand)
King: (Air five)
King where are you from?
L: I'm Japanese.
Then I got stuck trying to get her to teach me how to say hello in Japanese, and the conversation died. I continued to eat like nothing happened, until she left.

Train ride
Saw an Asian girl, standing directly in front of me and she was kind of shaking her legs. I looked down and asked her if it hurts. Said no. Talked a bit, and asked for her name. I got stuck her again negging her lol

What I learned:
*Its not too late to close.
*When someone makes a negative comment about you, flow with it.
* When talking to a female, don't get stuck on one subject.

Feedback is welcome.

Saw the girl when I got to class, eye contact, smiled and waved at her. After class, I saw her leaving, so I went to talk to her.
King: You look cold. (The class was cold)
Girl: Yes
King: Seems like someone need a hug
Girl: lol I'm very cold.
King: What was your name again?
Girl: (Told me her name, but I forgot lol)
King: Ah I remember. We spoke before huh
Girl: That was you?
King: Where are you going now?
Girl: Bathroom
King: Same her
After bathroom, I was waiting for the elevator when another girl came to wait. She's also in my class.

King: Hi (Eating plantain chips)
Girl2: Hi
King: What is your name?
Girl2: (Told me, and again, I forgot)

Girl came and saw us talking, so I introduced them to each other. Then, a third girl came to join the group, which I again introduced them.
Girl3: Whats your name?
King: (Didn't answer) I'm taking the stairs.

King: Are you guys stalking me?
Girls: Lol
King: Where are you going now?
Girl: Home.
Girl2: Main building.
King: Me too. Main building.

Went one way, Girl2 went another. Turned my back and saw Girl.

King: You are definitely stalking me.
Girl: lol
King: I mean, everywhere I turn, you're there.
Girl: No lol. I'm just going this way.

We talked a bit then at the intersection
(Before we got to the intersection we had a conversation that I liked.
King: What are you doing tomorrow?
Girl: I have no class, so I'm going to stay home and watch movies.
King: What kind of movie?
Girl: Well, since my brother is home, I'm not sure yet
King: Ah then its not much of a relaxing day for you, since your brother is there.
Girl: lol, I don't need to take care of him. He's 8.
King: Ah. You should try being home a lone with a 2year old.
Girl: (Has a look on her face)
King: Lol. It's not my kid. My brother lol
Girl: I didn't say anything.
King: You had that look on your face, which seems to wonder if it's my kid lol.)

King: I'm going to be a gentle-man and escort you to the train station.
Girl: Now look, who's stalking whom.
King: Yup. I'm stalking you. (Singing a stalker song, which I made up)
Girl: You don't have to prove you're a gentle-man you know
King: I know. I want to escort you.

Hugged her at the train station entrance, and said good-bye. Didn't close.

What I learned:
* When talking to one girl and a target comes around, go with the flow and introduce them. Show's confidence.
* You don't always have to close. Especially, if the girl is one you see often. You can build the attraction little by little. also, its a perfect situation to play push, and pull.

Just keep at it, you're on the right track. Don't take rejection personally, it'll happen no matter how great or good looking you are. The best part of your journal is self-introspection, it'll help reinforce everything you do right and get rid of any bad habits/behaviors.

You did ok with the japanese girl, you tried your best. Above all, you remained positive. Don't let negativity keep you from hitting on even more and better looking girls.
Thanks man, I appreciate the feedback. I'll make sure to keep it consistent.

Props on grabbing the bull by the horns and going after this area of your life; it will pay off big time.

I have friends who are in their late 20's who STILL won't even ATTEMPT to cold approach because they're so scared of rejection.

As far as feedback, you need to improve your approaches.

For an opener try to talk about something going on around the two of you; esp on a college campus there is always something.

Secondly you need to get out of the sounding like your giving them a interview. All your approaches sound a little robotic (what's your name, what's your major). That's boring vanilla stuff and to be honest it doesn't matter at all. Think of your questions as currency, ask (spend) them wisely.

When you asked the girl if she was stalking you, that was good. Showed her you don't take things too seriously, were fun and if you noticed is the conversation that flowed the best.

If you mimic the care free conversation style you had with that girl things will go better.

And don't be so focused on getting a girl's #; that doesn't really mean much. If you are having a great conversation, try and get the girl to go somewhere with you right there. For instance, if things were going well with that chick you saw at the gym, try and get her to go get something to eat with you if you guys are leaving around the same time etc.

What your going to notice is when you call these girls, they will likely flake out on you or not answer or respond to your text because you haven't created attraction; you've simply interviewed them.

Change that and your results will improve dramatically.

Walking around Soho with a friend after working out. I then saw an Asian chick and decided to approach. Stopped her, but a woman handing out cards interrupted before I could say anything and messed up the vibe completely, so, I let her go.

As we were walking, right after my approach, I stopped a girl before she crossed the street.

King: Hi, I just saw you and I think you look cute. (smile)
Girl Hi (smile)
King: I'm King.
Girl: I'm A.
King: What are you up to, A?
A: I am going to meet a friend.
King: Damn, I'm nervous.
A: Aww don't be.
King: You have an accent. Where are you from? (Even to me, it sounded like an interview)
A: I'm from France.
King: Oui.
A: Yes (lol)
King: You must be here for holiday or something.
A: Yes. I have 2 weeks
King: Ah, then we definitely got to hang out before you leave.
A: Maybe.
King: Great, I'll give you my number, hit me up so I get yours.
A: Yes. I'm jazz singer, so I hope you like that kind of music.
King: I'm open minded. I might like it.

Gave her my number.

King: Okay, I'll let you go meet your friend. I have to get to some place with mines now.
A: Sure.

Hugged her and left.

Reflection:
1. Making the conversation sound like an interview.
2. Not building enough rapport.

Definitely a very bad approach. Pretty sure she is not going to call but oh well. Its a big step for me, so I'm going to relish this succes with wine, bread and honey.

Peace.

So, i realize how troublesome it is to be making field report. SO instead, I'll just post a brief summary of what happened (I forget most of the conversation anyway).

9/29/2012
Saw a girl in school with an ipad, watching a video. I asked her what it was and she told me. Made fun of her because of her name and her major. Since I'm not good at indirect approaches, I simply left without number closing, but I made sure she was laughing hard.

Anyone has any idea how to transition from indirect approach, to getting her number and getting a date, I will like to have an example. Merci.

Girl 2
Approached with, "Hey, I saw you and I think you look attractive, so I came to say hi". She was showing sign of dis interest, so I asked her if she doesn't want to talk to me, she said no. So, I said, "Well, I'm gonna go read a book then", and left.
