Hi guys.

Well im 6'1 and 145lb, that is pretty damn skinny. So I have decided to do something about it, but not some ordinary bulking.

I got summer holidays for weeks, so it's time to bulk up!

I don't care at ALL about my health, I'm ready to work out so much that I can't even make it out of the bed the next day. I'm willing to eat 10k calories a day. ANYTHING, I DONT CARE IF IT RUINS MY HEALTH, its time to bulk up!

Reply with some CRAZY ideas.

Ohh, get some flashbacks to when I started off... I ate everything.. I ate all the time... I ate whatever I saw.. I would gobble down 10 slices of bread in a meal.. drink 1 litre of yogurt, milk... whatever.. I literally was full all the time.. I gained some fat, but not all that much. The perk of being an ecto is that you can eat alot more and not gain so much fat.

Double is the expert on being insane... he ****ing eats until he throws up.. he even told me he'd swollowed some pill and then puked.. took the pill cleaned it and ate it again... that man is sick!


If you are that thin then you can afford to do a heavy bulk. Eat ****loads of clean foods, I mean, rice, I mean pasta, I mean potatoes, I mean oatmeal, I mean meat.. I mean everything you can get your hands on that are remotly nutritional. Drink 6 shakes of whey a day. Get your vitamins and minerals, go on creatine and lift til' you bleed.


So you want to be hardcore? Here are some suggestions for you WHEN you have learnt correct form and where your lift stats are:

Squat 2-3 times a week, 1 set of 20 repetitions. Sounds easy huh? Then I tell you to take a weight where you fail at the 10th rep... then do 1 more, and 1 more and 1 more.. take small breaks with the weight on the back and inhale and exhale... the 15th rep should be death for you... 17th you wonder why you torture yourself and every fibre in the body tells you to quit. 18th go up really slow.. you don't know if you can force your leg a 19th rep. Have a spotter for this for gods sake!

+1 rep system on the other lifts. Don't do so many sets.. try to get to total failure. If you manage 8 dips and are exhausted.. do +1 rep... if you manage that.. do +1 rep until you simply can't even with adamant will.

Some hardcore exercises for you

Stone lifting with plates: take plates and put in your arms like you would carry a girl and then walk around with them. You can feel the weight against your chest making it hard to breath, you can feel the lats burning and the arms gettting tired and you have to force yourself with lack of breath and will to continue walking. You should fail and not be able to carry more within 40 meters.

Farmer's Walk: Take two HEAVY dumbells and walk with them, max 40 meters.

6-10 Push presses with strong negative rep: Don't do military presses, do a military press with leg drive so you can lift more on the way up, then try to do a slow negative rep (about 2-3 sec) on the way down. BE CAREFUL NOT TO LIFT TOO HEAVY AND USE CORRECT FORM!!!

These are just ideas. The last three exercises I have tried with great success. I'm just trying out 20 rep squats and the +1 rep I've tried on the bench and on dips mostly.

Yep, agree. The old supersquat programme would be just the ticket. I guy like you and with your motivation can pile on 15-20lbs and still look lean.

you have the wrong idea, if you push yourself to hard from the start all that will happen is you injure yourself and end up having to take time off form working out. You have to start slow and step it up. I od a lot of cycleing and at the end of the day its the same principals, because if i over do it and overtrain i will not be able to perform well. Dont go ot the gym and start doing the hardest thing you can find, start slow.

Another thing, its easy for you to say you dont care how much it hurts because well its just easy to say it, well take it from a cyclist, and cycling is know as a very physicaly painfull sport, pain is an 'aquired taste' you will quit if it hurts to much only once you really get in to it do you thrive on pain, the pain makes you feel good because you know its a sign you have pushed oyurself hard and done all that you can and that makes you feel good inside.

Around 2 months. Hey, Double, the eating-throw-up sounds pretty neat, can you give me some hints on how to keep eating even though you aren't hungry anymore? :D

Edit: What kinda stuff would you eat? Just everything that gets in your way? Tell me, how much did you eat at one of your hardcore-trips ?

yeh was a very good post. just make sure you do these workouts only 3times a week else you WILL die or at least not be able to eat enough because you cant move :]

it's pretty much the principles taken from supersquats(but i did invent it without knowing about supersquats!)

so you eat just something, preferrable of course something lifeforce posted about but pizza or burgers is o.k. .....no water with it but a shake of whey with the meals....or at least a shake of whey in the time from the last meal to the next meal. even the most insatible hunger will be calmed down with eating all the time so.....you are not hungry,NO you are ****ing full and your stomach is so blown out that you look like a fatazz. so, what you do is take a few heavy breathes, watch some tv/browse some boybuilding forums/listen to music WHILE doing this(else it gets to boring) then you shove something more in your mouth.....chew and chew and chew.....and the food will be in your stomach sooner or later. repeat this till you a)have eaten everything or b)have thrown up. but you should puke only 1-max2 times a week else you are eating too much and it's a waste. when you have eaten oatmeal with whey you can eat it again, it looks about the same. i couldnt try this because i had some pizza slices in it lol.

other than that you must either totally isolate yourself from ALL people or train all the people to fit your eating habbits. your first question should always be what food do you have, how long does it take till i am back and even when you go to a friend who has some food for you you should ALWAYS have nuts, fruitbars or whatever you prefer with you. ALWAYS. you gotta be famous for it. example: while your friends are dancing around you you stand calmly in the middle of the dancefloor eating some fruitbars!. of course, you shouldnt do any cardio but if you do it you should eat something WHILE doing it...hey i even shot a goal while eating a fruitbar. thats everything i can think of now - good luck. your only fun will be watching the weight scale go up(measure multiple times everyday for more fuN!!!)

Thanks a lot for the help man. I started a bit early, I ate 6 bowls of cereal, I couldn't breath for a good 30min. Heh, dude this is gonna be fun.

I have drunk 6+ Liters of water today, along with 1-2 Liters of milk. My parents are getting pissed, because I eat all the stuff i can get, hah. Didn't start working out yet. BTW how the heck do you manage to workout when your tummy is so full that you hardly can move?? :D

well, normally i never eat anything in the morning because i cant. even with my supereating methods i can eat only little in the morning. then i did my workouts, and after that the massive eating was on! keep us updated man.

I can eat a lot, i remember eating out once, had a large meal with starter. The comes the desert i had the ones that was meant 'to share' it was like 2 liters of icecream and cake, I made a £5 bet with my freind as he didnt think i could finish it after all i had eaten. I finished it!


If you think life forces throwing up think is cool, i have done the same lol not on a pill, i downed sevral litlers of water to 'clear out' my system anf i throw it up, was extremly painfull because the water had not setlled yet i was not throwing up from my stomach it was from my chest and hurt like hell! I then continued to drink more and even grabbed a bite to eat!
