Two things:

1) I'm moving this to Suggestions and Feedback.

2) This has already been discussed/debated/argued with excruciating detail in the Mod's Corner. When I first proposed the "Mature Man" forum one of big issues was how to be certain of a poster's age. We decided that even if an age filter existed people could still lie about their age.

The only alternative would be to make this a closed "elite" forum, where mods select the participants, an alternative that I'm steadfastly opposed to.

In the meantime I'll just cut out as much crap from this forum as I can. Everyone could help by notifying me whenever they see something that doesn't belong.

Player_Supreme brings up some very good points, and I think that the age restriction is there for a very good reason. But really, I'd like to think of it as more of a guideline than anything else.

What you need to be doing is PMin'g all those involved and saying "hey let's let this old fool post his shyt and give him some peace"

After all as I said I am one of the few on here with real knowledge to share. And you new guys wonder why the old ones dissappeared on you. Even the moderators who were here before you vincent are talking about this and how this site has gone down in the last year.

Lastly are you not a new moderator. I seem to recall that you used to just be a poster and I think we may of exchanged a few words just like I mentioned above...is that true?

If so then I can see why your posting your message to me young man.

Allen really needs to ask older heads to moderate not younger ones. Why? Cause when you lose your impartiality especially over past slights...it shows your not mature enough for the job.

A moderator should only be keeping the peace and not taking sides. What I need to start doing is start copying these types of posts and whinning to Allen myself.

I'm sure as a adult and fellow business man he will understand my point of view backed up with evidence.
