Most of the people here are smart but there are some comments that are F**king stupid!
Physical violence is a stupid thing to do. Examine what he hates, when you see that you can know it is his weak spot. After you can see his weak spot use it aganist him.
EXAMPLE:
He:Goddamit i hate people which try to be something they are not!

not going to give you techniques here but a general piece of advise in life. Avoid conflict but when you cant dont loose. So in your situation just try being chill with the guy.

If he insults you:

1) Laugh and agree then cut him out of the convo very harshly, like he's a little kid. Its not an insult if you acknoledge it and then make a joke about it yourself.
2) If conflict can absolutely not be avoided, just beat his ass so bad that he never looks at you the wrong way again.

All the flaws I can think of--gimme some clever ones fellas:

--He shaves his legs for biking (races using a bike and shaves his legs haha)
--He had long, girly hair and recently got it cut in which it is very short now
--Not very well-liked in school, has a comment for everything in class (when someone says something he always has to add a comment...)
--He always thinks he is right and thinks he's a know-it-all
--He loves to shower with guys after gym(not even part of the football team where its usually a tradition for the football players; haha idk why)
--Gimme some gay jokes on him (although he'd probably come back with me not getting a girl...won't be good for me)
--Did I mention he shaves his legs and arms like a little pu$$y?

Here's a thing which I know, most chicks hate violence, they make you seem primal, not witty, chicks prefer a witty guy. Although some chicks prefer a guy who'll fight for his pride, so as they said make sure it's your last resort.

I used to be insulted like that directly in my face, but after I had a fight with this one guy[He was a repeater and was rumored to have gotten into TONS of streetfights][I got my ass whooped,cause I never hit back(I still had the mindset of fighting is primal), but I never went down to the floor even with one big headbut, a headlock, a face pounding and my nose was swollen and bleeding(Yeah I'm tough like that.) People even said it's a wonder I was even standing up with an evil smile] the teachers gave the guy a weeks suspension and I got away with just a swollen nose and lips and broken glasses. Now people can't say **** like that to my face cause they know they cant bring me down, and wonder what'll happen if I do fightback. All they do now are propaganda campaigns, I can't score cause there's like an invisible barrier between me and chicks in my batch(I'm a junior) so what I'm doing now is getting chicks in diff yrs(Freshmen/Sophomores)

Ok, what why can't I lay the first hit? I think its an advantage and you suspended either way whether you lay on the first hit or don't. First hit is 5 days and self defense is 3 days. I think the 2 days will be worth getting a first hit in and showing him to back off or else he'll be in trouble. He thinks he's a tough guy and that he's always right. He says I am a waste of balls and I guess you can say we are on and off as friends but I do take a lot of $hit from him...Not no more though-I've stuck up for myself this year and will continue to do so!

No! Embarass him where everyone can see it. The next time he talks sh!t about you in the hallway you smash him against a locker and be like "You´re talking a lot of sh!t for someone who doesn´t have anything to say!" and then keep on walking. Now he will either

a) run after you and starts a fight

b) will be scared and shocked of your behaviour

c) will continue to make fun of you

Heres something I do a lot if somebody comes up with an insult or a joke about me. I'm not sure why it works but it tends to get everybody around me laughing at him.

Simply say something insulting thats very direct, loud and clear. An example I used today. (I have a broken arm, hense his attemp to DLV me)

Him: Oi plec, how you been holding up on these lonely nights without being able to play the guitar? Found any friends to hang around with yet?
Me: Your a c*ck.
Everybody else: *Laughter*
Him: *Stuck for words just wonders off*

From what I can tell this works at different levels, depending on how you deliver it. I'm not exactly sure how I deliver it coz I don't really think about it lol. Social proof probably also has factor to play, but the main thing is you catch him off guard and your directness conveys confidence for several reasons.

- You don't care what he might do in retaliation.
- You don't try and back yourself up as to why he's a c*ck, you don't need to.
- You don't get anybody else involved, you don't need confirmation.
- If it's a tough guy, you show you got some balls.

Remember you want to act in control right... however fighting (in some cases) is COMPLETELY worth the suspension or whatever, trust me...
