Been on this diet for 2 months now and lost 10 lbs and went down 2 sizes.

Most effective diet I've been on! Doing mostly strength training during the week and zero cardio. My heart races from lifting heavy.

It's tough to get into especially if you're not a huge fan of red meat. That's what you'll basically be living off of.

Takes a few weeks to get used to it.

it is hard? HAHAHA this is the easiest diet around! Bacon and eggs for breakfast, cheese for snacks and steak and broccoli for lunch and dinner... easy as hell.

So much more energy and focus! I'm looking forward to this saturday for my refeed wholemeal lasagne and pizza, all the brown rice and so much more.

The only argument for brown rice is the fibre content and it's low GI, however, that fibre comes with all matter of anti-nutrients, causing digestive issues, and thus isn't worth it. Basmati rice is of a similar GI to normal brown rice but has none of the sh1t you don't need. Also the GI of food is pointless when eaten as part of a meal.
There's a reason why the Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese etc go through the extra effort of producing white rice and have done so for centuries.

Japanese naval personnel used to feed white rice to the officers and brown rice to the enlisted men.

The officers started getting all kinds of malnutrition diseases and the enlisted men did not. The primary illness was beriberi.

well it can be used for both bulking and cutting purposes.

As for the rice argument robb wolf and cordain state that there is no difference between brown and white rice.
They are both sh!t.like dog sh!t and bvllsh!t, smells different but they are both sh!t at d end of d day.
If u have a functioning cortex u will stay away from any type of rice/grain/cereal.

the Anabolic diet version of a ketogenic diet is more for lean gains rather than shredding the fat fast.

@switch.... umm ok bro. hahah I think I am going to stick to brown rice and wholemeal sourdough. Tastes better and IDGAF what your argument on grains is, or the white vs brown debate for that matter. It works for ME and that's all that matters. plus I can't stomach white bread or rice it makes me feel like sh!t
