Short one today... Had about 20 minutes to train.

Crappy workout today... slept 4 hours last night, and had a stomachache all day so didn't eat enough.

DB Bench:

5 x 85
7 x 80
8 x 75

Forgot how hard DBs are after only BBing for a while...

Squat:

5 x 315
3 x 365
5 or 6 x 390

Pullup:

35 x bodyweight... split up into as many sets as necessary.

I took a break. Just didn't feel like training that much. Started back today, was pretty happy considering it's my first workout in a few weeks.

Overhead press:

5 x 115
5 x 125
5 x 135

Squat:

3 x 5 x 365

Pulllup:

8 x bodyweight
7 x bodyweight
7 x bodyweight

5 x bodyweight - stopped here, the squats completely ****ed me.
