Was supposed to squat on Saturday, went to the gym and they were closed. I was like "
" because they were supposed to be open, I waited for a while to see if maybe the guy who runs the place stepped out for a few minutes or something, but nobody showed up. So I moved Saturday's workout to today and will push everything a day back next week.
I'm also sick, I noticed my throat was sore on Friday. Today I woke up and felt like ****. Hope it passes soon.
Squat:
10 x 3 x 365 lbs
Deadlift:
1 x 405 lbs
1 x 455 lbs
1 x 495 lbs (failed)
The 495 single was weird... I got it above the knees and just couldn't lock out. I was standing there humping the bar trying to lock out for like 10 seconds, finally I gave up and just dropped it. Usually if I can pull a weight off the floor I can lock it out, even if my form is atrocious. Still pretty happy since it was very close... I definitely would have gotten it, easily even, if I wasn't squatting 4x a week, sick, etc.
