Keeping things interesting between dates?

So there's this girl i've been on a few dates with...but usually during hte middle of the week we just end up texting each other and asking each other how our day went...which is as far as our chat goes.

Since getting her #, we've only spoken on the phone about a couple of times so far.

I know she's very busy with her projects from school, she's an honest girl. Im somewhat busy with schoolwork and work too.

But aside from real conversations, i only have them with her on our dates.

Getting in the door is easy, but staying there seems more of the challenge in this whole courting ordeal....
Should i make an effort to get conversations going on the phone?
Is it normal to be like this?
And i hope IL isnt plummeting on her part, what can i do to maintain it between dates?

I would suggest not talking to her EVERYDAY.

I've done this with a girl (who LIKED me in the beginning) and I only called her ONCE (in a month), to chat, and she lost interest in me.

Appear busy also, focus on school... if she's interested she'll find time. Trust me.

I was in the SAME shoes as you, and few days ago, I've NEXT'ed the girl I was talking about.

Dates were GREAT, kino and kisses... but I guess that doesn't mean crap.

Don't show too much interest... the best advice I can give you.

Also, on your dates, plan them carefully and suprise her. She'll remember and she'll want to go again.

yea..surprising dates always seem to bring the IL back up.

Problem is the last date was kind of a drag and not exactly fun (museum, sort of a class extra credit assignment). Her IL seemed to have dropped a little. Anyway ill redeem myself by taking her somewhere fun next weekend.

Yea ill probably just avoid texting her altogether during the week and wait for her to do it.

I realize i have to be more playful/teasing with her, it should do the job with keeping IL high.
