Keeping Friends With Benefits

I am fairly new to the friends with benefits concept. I've checked over the DJ Bible tips, and I have not found much on what to do once you have started becoming friends with benefits. Including, what to do about jealousy going either way.
I was wondering if there were any tips out there to maintain a healthy friends with benefits relationship?

What kind of tips like be a little more specific? Making it last longer, how to not be jealous, how to not let her be more than a friend etc?

How to keep it just friends. I feel like we're on the same wavelength as to where our relationship is at, but I don't want to slip up and get one-itis because we need to stay friends with benefits.
