I have just started proper weight training(e.g sets/reps) doing worthwhile exercises (e.g squats). I train three times a week, monday, wednesday and friday.
I trained for the first time ever on monday and i really enjoyed it. I was expecting some small aches the next day - and i had them.
Then, i wake up this morning to a aching pain in my left arm which is so painful i can't move it all the way out!
I'm not training today to make sure i don't inflame the ache any more.
Is there anything that could explain this? Will it go away?
