The story of my cousin (38 now).

She had a family, one kid, working man.
One day they seperated (6 years ago) and she was riding the cokk-carousel for a few years.
After that she invited the kids father back because it would be good for the kid and convenient for her, also financially etc.
The kids father was all for it, hoping the family might come back together.
WRONG!
She told him that he is supposed to live there, pick the kid up from school, pay bills, watch over the kid while she is away (riding more cokk-carousel) etc. but there would be no sex happening between the two of them.
He was smart and told her to piss off.

Fastforward 2 years, she is with now with an inmate that was arrested 1 year ago and still claims he is not guilty for a drug delict.
My cousin still keeps telling the family he is locked up by mistake.
I am quite excited to see how the drama unfolds.

Oh my, insults too?

Do we have an emotional man here?
No, just one that believes men should hold themselves to a certain standard. I guess it shouldn't be surprising that this is becoming semi-acceptable behavior these days for men based on the seeming lack of ambition or drive many guys have to do anything with their life.

SHE is my (female (and hot) ) cousin.... or whatever you call a female cousin in english? :)

The kids father was a solid guy, stable, worked for his income, nothing special in looks.
The guy sitting in prison is a skinny jerk, looks like a pile of crap, allways out of money, not even has a car.

Its allways the same story...... "the good guy" vs. "the bad boy"

As a man you couldn't see why she chose this skinny pile of crap over the kids dad?

Bad boys stir the emotions in women which good guys can't.

I think of it like this in a way us guys can understand it.

We can drive Honda Accords and although it's reliable, it only gets us from point a to point b with really no kind of excitement.
A Ferrari on the other hand, we know we'll be in debt for a long time, it will break down and be tempermental, it won't be really reliable, it will be high maintenance and basically dictate to use where we park it, when we can drive it, how often we have to wash it, etc. But it stirs our soul and evoke emotions in us in the way it drives that the Honda can never do. We are willing to put up with it's shortcomings for this feeling.

Girls don't really understand this just like we don't understand the choices in men that girls make.

The kids dad is Homer Simpson.
The pile of crap is more energetic and dominant, while still being a broke pile of crap that ended up in prison.
I see how one would turn her on and the other did not. Homer just wouldn't excite her sexually. Seeing the energetic and dominant guy made her juices flow.

Why are you worried so much about other guys?

Scared you cannot compete with the changing world around you? Your clinging to these archaic morals you continue to press onto the world and... They don't stick; if they did, I suppose this conversation would not be happening.

Don't worry, i'm here to escort you from the old world to the new, if you are done complaining that is.

Lmao! Competing with people who think working hard is taking 10 minutes out of each hour to get off their phone and do some work is like me competing with a 5 year old playing basketball.

I will always be sought after because I have a hellified work ethic, I solve problems and I get sh!t done. Ahead of schedule. In software engineering those type of people are desperately needed to combat the people in the first paragraph.

Self respect is never archaic it is intrinsic. No man with self respect would ever want to leech off a woman. Spin it however you need to to make yourself feel better at night if that's what you are doing.

Letting a woman spend money on you is not "leeching" off of a woman. Because you have standards, it means it won't be a one way street. You spend money on her too.

In the 50's the economy and salaries were set up for a single wage earner in the household.

In todays economy the economy and salaries are setup for two wage earners in a household.

If you are having women paying your bills, car payments, etc that is leeching.

If you go out to dinner and she wants to pay then cool. I usually tend to get into relationships where things end up 50/50 most times where I will pay on one date and she will pay the next. Or we will go to multiple places and alternate paying. I don't ever ask them to pay they usually want to because they see me as valuable and they don't want to feel like they are not pulling their weight.

This is NOT what I am referring to.

Leeching is not good. But then again there are male counterparts to the female "gold digger" archetype in which the female spends money and pays some bills and he exchanges a "good time" in return.

Great, so the opinion you have is uninformed; how can you speak to both sides of the equation when you are firmly planted on one side? You speak for your own side; speaking to something you are not a part of is just plain insecurity, yeah i'm better looking, that is my provision, get over it.

This is a borderline incel thought process you have going on here, that it can only happen one way, that is incel thinking, you need to expand your life experiences.

Have you told her? Not that she deserves any explanation, but you could tell her it's because you get nothing out of having her around.
