Most important thing is to be nice to people. If you're nice to them and apoligise for the queue, they're fine about it.

Funnily enough I had a woman in the (smallish) supermarket where I work yesterday, and she refused to be served by me because I'm male. No, I'm NOT joking. Old woman. Fvcked in the head.:crackup:
