It's almost been a year since ive been on the dating game, so im not too sure if what ive done was a good idea or not. Heres the background;
I went to a university ball with two friends of mine, a guy and a girl. Both the guy and I dont attend the university's society which held the ball, but the girl did. So thus, the table we sat on consisted purely of her girlfriends. Which was great!
I hooked up with one of the girls on the table, who on my initial impressions was very quiet, but quite cute. After a few drinks that wore off. We exchanged numbers and kissed a little bit (she said she didnt know if she should because she didnt know me, but did anyway) before I took her outside for some air. To cut it short, she kinda went to bed on me and I had to take care of her for the next hour or two trying to find a way home for her.
Now, normally I would not call the day after getting a girl's number. But I thought this case would be an exception, since I had a decent premise for calling, eg. asking if she got home alright etc. So i called and she was very apologetic, mainly abt throwing up on me (a little) and being the way she was. I told her it wasnt so bad and arranged lunch. I offered tues, she said tuesdays were her day off from uni (we go to the same one) so she offerered monday. Normally I have monday's off (or at least, I take them off), but this week I have something to hand in. Although I am still slightly out of my way to meet this appointment, she isnt aware of that so its okay I think. So that was that, I kept the phone conversation short and to the point.
Now, was what I did a good idea? Ball was on a fri nite, I called sat nite and we arranged to meet monday. Just thinking if it seems too eager... Also, any ideas for how I should handle lunch, its a very casual arrangement but I have a feeling itll be somewhat odd because we hooked up whilst drunk, and there wont be any alcohol this time around! So I have no idea if we'll even have much rapport, because she was very quiet when I was introduced to her initially.
All your thoughts are much appreciated!
Cheers
