Just curious, are spanish girls usually touchy?

Where I work, there are a lot of spanish girls. One girl in particular will usually stroke my arm and touch my hand. I'm just curious, is this just a cultural thing where touching others and speaking real close is the norm?

I think so. Europeans are more touchy than most anyway. My ex is Spanish/Portuguese, and very touchy.

Haha! No no, I meant arm as in the limb between the shoulder and the elbow.

The only reason I ask is because people of different cultures and what not behave differently obviously. I'm just trying to figure out if guys have also experienced spanish girls touching them as if that's the norm.
