Hey I haven't been checking up on this site for quite some time and thought this thread was long deleted. Anyway, so about five weeks into the plyo I started feeling pain in my knees and ankles which were probably from old injuries creeping up. My leg muscles were always tired too so I kind of came to the conclusion that my legs were not in good enough condition to go through with this so I stopped. But I have been trainging my leg strength more now on a new gym routine that I'm tryng. I hope to make some strength gains and try a plyo program again.

The results are hard to notice but I did feel like I gained an inch or two which would be incredibly hard to notice anyways.

I'd like to focus my strength training that is more oriented towards bettering basketball performace. Does anyone have any experience or comments on excercises or drills?
