also for this kind of stuff probably not in the mornings. you'll have to pm warboss or something but to my understanding if you do intense cardio in the morning before breakfast when your glycogen stores are depleted you'll burn muscle along with fat because muscle supposedly gives energy faster. (i should really know this crap cause im doing biomed but nooo see what happens when you slack off) so i'd probably say around 4-5pm for best results.
