Thats what Alex got me on when he suspected my hips were weak. And basically if your hips are weak in the squat other **** will compensate- which will put pressure on the knees instead of hips and guess what happens.JohnnyIrish said:Also, on a hunch I started working out on the hip abduction machines and darn if they don't seem to be helping my knee/tendinitis.
