Have you quit that job yet? Give it another week and see how things go, and don't change anything until you have left the job and see how that affects you.

Some people lose strength after time off. Your CNS just needs to get used to the weight again, give it a chance.

Thanks for the replies guys. My last day of work is tomorrow (Tuesday) so I'll probably work out Wednesday and Friday and then get back into the usual Mon/Wed/Fri routine.

We'll see what happens once I'm done work.
