You have no idea what you're talking about. LOADS of men have been imprisoned on nothing more than the (false) claims of the woman. Look at all the guys the Innocence Project is getting released because of it. Another example, Predominant Aggressor policies. A woman, or man for the matter, calls the police reporting DV, and if the police dept has one of these policies on the books they HAVE to arrest the man, no questions asked. The only times this has been challenged has been when there was on the spot witnesses screaming at the police to arrest the woman instead, and sometimes that's not enough. If your a man being assaulted by a woman and call the police you can very easily be the one arrested. Happens all the time. Similarly, Duke Lacrosse case, DSK, Kobe Bryant, and the list goes on. For far too long our society, and courts, have deferred to the feminist ideology that women don't lie about rape, that all rape claims are to be believed regardless and to assume the man is guilty. That's the reality of how things play out in western society these days, particularly the US. I'm nuts about your points, Nutz. The prisons are full of true rapists, and they are also full of men who were falsely convicted. In this twisted society, merely being a man makes you automatically guilty in politicians' and law enforcement's eyes.

You guys gotta give me a break with this. Yes SOME women make bs stories and get men in trouble. And YES some men are in jail after being wrongfully convicted. Though the numbers are drastically lower in modern times with DNA testing, and this actually lets guys get away Scott free with sexual abuse if there's no DNA evidence.

All in all I am going to repeat what I said earlier in this thread. Just because a few women do some shady crap does not mean women are not in danger due to their anatomical size difference to men.

That's why the justice system may seem so skewed to you. I have been close to two people who have been raped and the guys did not get locked up because the women felt like no one would take their side and they felt they would not get the guy put away.

You know why? Because of some of the silly thinking in this thread that insinuates that there is more lies about rapes then actual rapes.
