It's time for a change
of course relationship has crashed and burned and its the kick up the arse i need to get my sh1t together , been thinking of it for quite a while but being the lazy cahn i am , it hasnt happened
today i survived with no soft drink and no fast food , I work on the road so its a case of whatever is easy , so now i need to take my lunch with me every day and drink water only
MUST eat breakfast at home every morning , cereals as again on the road i tend to grab whatever is easy
stay off the booze where possible , too many rum and cokes arent good
from tuesday ( heading away for the weekend) planning on getting up at 6am and hitting the bike for 25 mins as there is a cycleway near my house that wil fit in nicely , get home , shower and eat breakfast
join the local Gym which this month has a join of $1
so why all this , as per above its time for a realistic change in life
5 years ago being 25 i was hitting the gym regularly after a breakup and was 70 Kg and 14% , i then had a car accident and 12 days in hospital i came out 63Kg and 11% super skinny
I remember travelling 3.5 years ago and was hitting 75Kg and the fat was rising , then getting back from travel 2 years ago it was worse
Just pulled these figures out that i have kept occasionally

of course there is the female reason of wanting to fit back into some clothes which are 32 in waist , where as now i'm pushing out of a 34 , but the main reasons is to feel a whole lot better, less tired and of course look better
from there get the rest of the life back in order but this is the 1st step and i feel the most important
the only flaw in it all is a 2 week trip at the end of november but by then i will have a good month under my belt and will just have to keep a close eye on what i consume on those 2 weeks , but i must do it now rather than put it off till then
