Defendant was too available. DJ Laws clearly state don't get into constant communication with her unless in person so you can escalate.

Even though I assume you're a lawyer and thus parasitic scum, even you are too good for this girl. Hahaha.

I would say this girl played you, at least at the beginning when she pretty much used you as an AFC cup to pour all her feelings into (was that as clever I thought it was?). She treated you like the friend who she talks to about everything but never bangs.

She actually may have done u a favor by never going out with u since she would have just kept using you as an AFC friend while waiting for a better guy to come along, which I assume is what happened and why she suddenly lost interest in you.

At the most you should play hard to get and then f-her if you get an actual date, but the likelihood of that happening seems low and not worth the effort. Forget her move on, you seem smart and funny so I'm sure you'll find a better girl

next time don't make yourself so available. Don't be the guy she talks for hours to on the phone. Trust me I've been that guy and it sucks. Its fine to bond with her, just always be in control and act like you have more important things to do. As a side note, I was watching some show the other day about the science of hooking up and sex and all that, and they were saying that guys generally always overrate a girls interest in them. I forget exactly the reason but it just had to do with some male female dynamics and who has more to lose or something like that, idk.
