I've had that happen too. I finally switched to Durex Extra Sensitive, which helped somewhat.

The kind you are using now might be too thick and not giving you enough sensation to stay hard.

the only reason i ever get soft is if i'm a little nervous. never happens now though. i don't think condoms are THAT bad. it still feels good to me. plus you don't blow up so fast. maybe you're nervous and need to relax? or the condoms are not comfortable. gotta try different brands to find the best for you.
