however you can buy the off-brand ones..which work fine at walgreens or another discount store.

I dont know why..but I was thinking of my way in to work today about this....I play mens softball and I noticed half of the single guys on my team have crappy looking teeth!

werd!!! ALL woman notice teeth almost the first thing. A bright smile will just scream CLEAN and HEALTHY to the girl. I remember over hearing a girl once who was talking about a guys teeth and she said they were so white she wanted to lick his teeth... Need I say more?

I opted to go halfway through a second box as well to get that ultra light "Yeah he whitened them" look... I wanted my teeth to be so white looking that no one could NOT notice. but thats just my choice, you don't have to be so drastic, just make your teeth look good. Its a BIG deal.

its because most the women overseas have just as fukd teeth as everyone else.
but here in the states these material girls are setting standards.

no need for white strips... go buy some of the peroxide in the brown bottle (i forgot the name of it) and some baking soda, mix it together and brush your teeth with it 2 times a day for 3 minutes... that's all the white strips are anyway.
my teeth haven't been whitter since they came in

too much hydrogen peroxide can damage your teeth.

Too much WHITENING can damage your teeth. You're not supposed to do that to them, and your teeth are NOT supposed to be white. Healthy teeth are supposed to have a slight yellowish tint to them. Some people really f*ck up their teeth by whitening them too much.

And you're never going to get TV-commercial-white teeth without either a)risk f*cking up your teeth as I mentioned, or b)spending ASSLOADS of money on procedures only celebrities can afford.

Brush your teeth twice a day, use Crest whitening mouthwash, don't drink too much coffee, and your teeth will look fine. And most importantly, get braces if your teeth are all f*cked up. That's just the worse.

yeah...taking all the crap you exposed your teeth to over the years is going to cause MORE damage than doing what you did to get there int ehf irst place.. I love that rationale.

with that said, I don't brush my teeth like that everyday, but now that my teeth are white, maybe 2 times a week. But when they are yellow you need to do it 2 times a day.

what I do is take a cup and just mix the two and keep and pour it out when I am done. Equal as can be yes, but it doesn't have to be exact.

glad you asked. your gums will bleed the first 2 or so days more than likely, it won't hurt but they will bleed, but that's the same as if you floss for the first time, your gums are sensitive and aren't used to it, but it wll stop in a couple of days.

I've been doing it for 4 years now and I have extremely white teeth.. was actually going ot get my teeth done by a dentist but he is the one who recommened this first to save money

like 1 minute or so, it's barley visable, you can't feel it and it doesn't last long.


I think I have accidentally swallowed some, not much, but it isn't harmful (I don't think).. it is nasty as **** but I didn't die or anything
