I did some jiujitsu earlier in the evening, came back home for a bit then went to the gym to lift weight. I'm now starving. I don't like eating before I do MMA or workout because having food in my stomach then exerting myself makes me nauteous.
So now it's midnight, I'm getting ready for bed, but have a growling stomach. What kinds of things are okay to eat right now? I have some skinless chicken breast in the fridge, was thinking of steaming or boiling some vegetables and making a baked potato(in the microwave of course) and calling it a night.
Is this bad?
