Out of desperation, I went to a gay club last night to search for straight women. There were a few, but I crashed and burned pretty quickly with them.

However, I got massive approach invitations and body language signals from the fags there. Damn, I wish I could be attracted to guys.

I'm 27 years old, and still a virgin. I know a ton of theory and it does no good. You guys here on the board are so fvcking lucky.

Thinking that is just theory or tricks will never help. The way it works is that you believe in the concept of being a DJ to a level where it is a part of your lifestyle, not you putting on an act.

Also consider this, you are a guy in a gay club and you approach women. What would be the first thing through the women's mind? How could that benefit you?

Stop doing things out of desperation and focus on purpose. That's the type of control and mindset that will help you most.

Two things actually.

1) Kill that Desperation! (with many thanks and regards to Pook for his eloquence)

2) Theory means nothing if not realized through practice. Too many guys here want to just come to this site, read the bible and start a few threads, then bounce because they aren't magically morphed into the mystical Don Juan. You must practice until its not practice any more, just you.

The thing that separates the Don Juan from the AFC and the Jerk is that the DJ deosn't take the easy way, and is the better man for his efforts. Best of luck in life and love, though conscious effort will serve you better.

About #3, it has never worked for me. Think about it: If this platonic woman friend offered a friend who looked better than her, she'd be threatened. She can only offer her fat friends so that her ego remains intact.

The other thing is, whether she says it or not, your platonic woman friend doesn't think very highly of you. She may not think you 'deserve' a relationship, so she won't be of much help.

unless the woman is a relative or significantly older, thus being out of range, I'd use casual social ties (couples or clubs) rather than AFC "good friends".
