actually, yesterday i looked at some 'porn'

not videos, but pics. the thing is i like to draw, and women being one of those things, i was just using the images to draw from for some practice. the couple nights before that i was starting to have some crazy vivid dreams.

nope. and you can never know until you try. it's more than just energy. some of it is a placebo effect. but self-discipline and using that time more productively that i would otherwise use to wack off...that's no placebo.

One week! This is easier than I expected. I have a very strong libido, but I am determined to make it.

Against all advice I watch porn, and abort mission before ruining my statistics. I would simply be too bored if I didn't get to peruse my collection. I don't recommend this for anyone else, though.

Seeing as I had sex this weekend things got a little easier. But the results of the project so far:


--I actually think of sex less. I have noticed this other times when I have gone without whacking for ten days or so; perhaps it is simply a matter of thinking less of that which you don't do much of. However, I still desire sex as much as before. Just don't think about the desire much.

--Less procrastination. It is true that whacking off can be used to procrastinate when there's something you need to do.

--A greater incentive to get real sex

--Any time discipline beats desire your self-confidence gets a boost

--A kind of fresh and clean feeling. Like when you beat other habits, like cigarettes or sugar.

--Frustration!


Despite the frustration I am confident I can make it to a full three weeks, though.
