i worked out for about a month, but recently took a break for about a month. i'm getting back into my groove today.
day 1 - chest/triceps/abs
bench press
incline bench press
cable crossovers
dips
triceps pushdown
8 minute abs
day 2 - back/biceps/forearm
preacher curl
chin ups
wrist curl
deadlifts
lat pulldown
seated row
day 3 - legs/shoulders/abs
leg press
squats
leg curls
calf raise
military press
shoulder shrug
8 minute abs
day 4 - rest
repeat
that comes to about 5 times a week, for an hour at a time. also, i try to do about 3 sets of each exercise, starting from 10 reps and going down.
can anyone offer any advice, or tips to make it more effective? am i doing too little, or too much?
