Loss of sex drive is a side effect of 1-AD... not sure why that happens, but that seems to be the most common reported side effect.

6-OXO is an estrogen blocker, it inhibits the production of estrogen by binding to an enzyme in the enzyme pathway, so no estrogen can be produced. It is relatively new on the market, but most have had good things to say about it (it seems).

Just wonderin, is it ok to use zma if u are not lifting weights? Would u use less or the same amount?

Workout wise - squats and deadlifts (especially deadlifts I think), done in high intensity cycles, can cause your body to naturally produce more testosterone and GH without any supplements, roids or whatever, because of the intensity level and how many muscles they work at once.
