one thing I see as true is that what a girl says and what she means are not same. I don't know if meanings are same as words or not but her feelings are not same as words. if she says she is not sad but i can see sadness on her face, this is not something you need a book to understand but rather basic human interaction experience to understand

That said, you better start leading in this relationship, even if its more comfortable to just let her free roam.
