semag, tj, thanks for the support guys. *kissies to both of 'em, *

MrLuvr, the original poster's question had already been answered, I doubt they would've taken my response on board, especially after I said it was sarcastic. If the guy had looked around the forums before posting, they would've found that squats are indeed the king of exercises, and that I spend most of my time in the power rack. SO UH.

Squatting requires good form and may still do damage to your knees with the way most people promote here. Great exercise but if you have weak joints it'll hurt. Read the analysis on exrx.net.

Squats require good form... like this kid said ^^ ^^ but its hard not to have good form when doing squats... Most people lean foward to keep from falling backward because if the weight goes behind your feet your a$s is on your back. Squats are a great compound exercise anyone looking to gain overall strength should do them. Deadlifts you should be carful with... another GREAT compound exercise but you should have an experienced bodybuilder to check your form because you wouldnt want to hurt your back. Just remember face looking foward (not down) chest out and try to keep your back stright.

If you think you are so much smarter than most of the other posters here, why bother hanging out on this board?

His posts are so blatantly sarcastic that his point should come across easily.

Permanent paralysis? Come on, he's obviously full of sh1t.

Hello, humor my old friend...
