Okay, so many of the men here seem a bit clueless when it comes to a woman's weight/height/dress size and what it means about her actual body. Consider this a public service message to help you better analyze this stuff.
A woman's height and weight is essentially irrelevent in determining how in or out of shape she is. Dress sizes, however, are a better way to at least tell how in proportion she is...but still can be a bit misleading. Here is a typical size chart listing measurements and dress sizes. Keep in mind, that if a woman has especially curvy hips, her dress size is going to be for the hip size since it is the widest part of her body. She could have a tiny waist but not be able to wear the size for her waist measurements if her hips are wider than that size is made for.
