These same cvnt didn't have any empowerment 50, 40, 30 years ago. Not a trace. That leasn to conclusion - something happened these day. A cultural change, that mostly translates in their bigger salaries.

Hold on. Why was it drastically different some 30+ years ago?
And what happened now?

Some guys on the top decided since we have outsourcing anyway, why not to outsource jobs to women, so they, guys who make a millions could get a little bit more. So they change the society by allowing women to work and get really good pay.
Note that women still whine "Ohh.. I don't get paid as much as my male colleagues.. Ohh men have more right... we have to create more women associations... blah blah".

It seems so similar to what happened in the country in 50s. The end of segregation. Great, is not it? It seems so. But note, who allowed the end of segregation? White top guys.

But that people who got out of the segregation are still whining "ohhh.. we don't have as many opportunities as whites" despite that in reality they do have more opportunities than whites. Try to be a non-white woman - you will get any job you want.

The same is with women: they got much more opportunities now and they still whine now even more.

"Care" is a strong word, I figured out how to fvck chicks and not spend a penny a long time ago so sh!t like this doesnt really have an impact on me personally. I was surprised that even K-Mart is now in on the act so I posted a thread about it, next dumb question.
