I want to get your opinions on this. I was thinking of getting it next due to fair price of it being on sale. It helps gain muscle but don't want to make me gain weight. Some people say that regular muscle milk makes you gain weight. Thats why im thinking to go with light muscle milk. Any one use this protien? Is it any good....

too much fat and cals, you can do much better. I would go with sciviation whey , 57 bucks for ten pounds beats ON whey specs.

How about you read the nutritional contents on the box?

For comparison, pure whey has zero fat and almost zero carbs.

I use Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Standard. Good stats, tastes great.
