What do you mean by "most women are not attracted to you anyway?"
I mean that for most men, most women they talk to are not going to be into them for one reason or another whether it's something you said/did/have/haven't/are/aren't. The odds get better the more attractive attributes you possess (already in her social circle, tall, handsome, good smooth talker, local dj, great dancer, etc.) and the less options that are better than you a woman has, but that's the baseline.

An old mate of mine I think did it, but not excessively, and I have a theory that it fcked his hormones enough to give him testicular cancer. Great idea.

If you're working out right and consuming enough protein, you can get in decent shape in a couple of years.

I hate to hear about your friend's demise, but he didn't die from steroids. There's not a single case of one death directly attributable to steroid use. And this includes Lyle Alzado. Many people mistakenly think that he died from steroids. He died from a brain tumor.
Are you using gear to keep your numbers normal as you age like 6-700 parts per million or going way over the top like 5000?

That's like saying no one has ever died from a fall....because it is actually hitting the ground that kills people, not the fall.

Young, stupid athletes die from "organ failure" from steroids quite frequently. It's happened a couple times shortly after an amateur mma match, dudes collapse and die. Plus, how do you think Kimbo Slice died? He flunked a drug test for steroids less than a year before he died of heart failure...at age 42. Do you really believe steroids had nothing to do with his death?

Is it worth it to use gear to get a really impressive physique? Would it really make a big difference in life, with how girls are with you and people in general?
You DON'T need gear, juice, 'roids, whatever. Actually, there is much medical evidence they will f*ck you up big time including hair loss, shrunk balls, DCM, and impotence. Take creatine and ensure you get enough protein while training; about 1 gram per pound of desired body weight per day. Because both can tax your kidneys, you need to drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush them out.

I've been lifting weights for a long time. YES, lifting weights will garner lots of attention from most females--guaranteed. Because a man who cares about his body most likely also takes pride in his career and personal life and has self-respect and confidence--generally admirable qualities sane women look for. Sure, there are dumb as f*ck muscle heads but they're easy for men and women to spot and avoid.

I have women looking at me all the time, much too young ones too, and I'm over 45. I say this not to brag, but since I've ratcheted up my training and diet the past year, it's very noticeable people are checking me out at the gym and when I wear a t-shirt showing the pipes. I look very young for my age. I only date women 10-18 years younger (again, not to brag like some on this site, it just is...). Throw in lots of gym time and a strict diet and you can become a force: physically and mentally. People (men and women) will notice and you'll feel great about yourself.

Took this pic last night. It can be done.

If anyone wants to know about my training regimen and/or diet, PM me.

Ciao,

Dash

You're 45 and have never juiced? Gotta say that's pretty impressive if that pic is genuine..

Ok so where are all the dead athletes? Where are the all the diagnoses proclaiming cause of death from steroids? I suspect the majority of elite professional athletes take steroids...and the majority of them are not dieing. And in my opinion if they DO die, they die RICH AND HAPPY.

Lyle died of a brain tumor. How many other athletes have died of brain tumors from steroids?

I personally believe Alzado was a great player but he chose to overcome himself with guilt. He SELF DIAGNOSED. Lyle was a football player...not a doctor.
To be honest how do you even acquire legit gear and not get ripped off?

What do you think all the benefits are that you get from using gear?

Not sure what you mean but I've always used them simply to look and feel my best. In 2006 (at age 35) I first cycled 500 mg. test. enthanate over 8 weeks and added at least 30 pounds of mostly muscle to my frame. From 2006-2007 I cycled high doses (500-750 mg).of test, deca, equipoise, and winstrol. Biggest I ever got was 255 lbs.

Stopped doing them in 2007 but maintained my fitness regime with no health issues.

In 2015 my doctor prescribed 200 mg/week of test cypionate and I find that dosage to be perfect for me. Helps me easily maintain leanness and muscle (I maintain a very clean, nutrient-dense diet and train intensely, 4-5xs a week, 4-5 hours per week).
What I mean is that "bodybuilders" inject steroids to increase muscle and it boost testosterone from the normal 500-1000 range to up to 10,000 parts in the body. The dudes grow like bulls.

@Espi so what I'm asking is after taking your gear and you got a free testosterone check would it show you in the normal range that's good for the human body. Since free testosterone goes down over time, I'm guessing you do it to stay biologically sound

So what would you say is a good enough physique that you can get natty to get attraction and interest from girls? I've heard lots of guys say around 9-10%bf is good natty.

Don't you think you could be even more jacked and lean if you were to use gear though?

did one, two times dbol but to much water retention, even if diet on spot including arimidex to block estrogenes.
I dont want to run around like a fat pig., so testo only with good diet is enough.

Gotcha. Did you get your test levels checked before starting test? Were they low or normal?

In my mind at 6-2 175 you could look more muscular than Bradd Pitt in Fight Club or you could look plain and unfit. You have youth and extraordinary height, which tells me that you likely want to add quality muscle and definition. Recent pics tell the true story, but if you simply want to add more muscle and definition than steroids are only going to help you, in my opinion.

This is where I again emphasize informed, moderate, commonsensical steroid use. Study up on steroids. Read those who endorse and those oppose. I encourage you to Google "HBO Real Sports Steroids." Read Jose Canseco's tell-all book, "Juiced."

How hard have you trained and what have you eaten and drank the past 6 weeks?
I've trained 3 days a week for the past 2 months, been mostly eating healthy but have been going to some bars, clubs and the beaches with friends lately so my diet hasn't been perfect. All my friends always tell me I'm blessed to be tall and they wish they could be my height cuz girls like tall guys and all that stuff lol. You're right I absolutely do wanna add more muscle and definition to my frame. I wanna max my looks out as much as possible for when I get back to university.
