That thread showed some of the worst ignorance regarding creatine that I've ever seen. Yes using creatine causes you to gain a good amount of muscle mass, yes creatine causes some muscle volumisation BUT it's not causing you to gain huge amounts of water weight and the drop in muscle size once you're off it is really negligible.bullethead said:im super serious.
