Is it possible to combine cardio and weight training?

I have a martial arts class on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. In DIESEL’s bulking up guide he says no fvcking cardio. The type of martial art is Capoeira so it really works your back and legs. If possible what would be the best days and on what body parts? Would I have to work out the same days to get the most rest for my muscles? I’m confused, and I really don’t want to give up Capoeira in contrast I want to start weight training now?

Actually, the two should go hand in hand. I know it says otherwise in diesel's post but it's true. Martial arts is a perfect example. I've been doing martial arts for a good portion of my life and it involves strength training and cardio. Just look at Bruce Lee or Van Dam. Think about boxing. Boxers must do cardio for endurance and strength for power and they're very cut.

It won't prevent bulking up doing cardio as long as you take breaks from the strength training and take in a good balance of protein. Actually, unless you want to bulk up like a body builder (which girls DO NOT find attractive), the capoeira will do this for you with moderate resistance training.

Ok that’s good to know because Capoeira is life. So is it better to weight train on the days I have class or the opposite days?

if you just want to be huge and don't care about being cut - it's true, you don't need cardio. Cardio is a great tool that I use to get cut up (along with low-carb diet). But if I were just worried about adding size(without definition) I think I'd drastically reduce cardio or eliminate it alltogether and increase my carbs

I was thinking about this and I figure that it would be best to do it on the days of class so all of the muscles have a chance to heal on your time off. The breaks seem to make a huge difference. That's usually when I bulk up and lose weight is when my body has the chance to heal.
