He broke up with his ex like 2 months ago and she went crazy and filed a restraining order against him and stole his ****. They worked at the same place, so she got to keep her job due to her being a female. They got the situation resolved, but they both now have restraining orders against each other and she still got to keep her job while he is unemployed. Last night he had a revelation about how he missed her, so he decided to call and talk to her for a hour. I told him he is screwed because she is probable going to get emotionally distress one day and report him. Is this possible?

yes, restraining orders also means not to contact each other(normally is there).

serious tell your friend if he is not tired to fu.ck himself up with her, and if he needs that so much he can buy a damn dilto for him to do so....

He needs to leave her alone. I have seen it many times. Girl gets angry about something. The contact is reported. The guy goes to jail.

Even if the order was dropped at some point he is still not safe. She has done it once, and more than likely would do it again.
