I actually got laid by a 13 old when I was 12, she was the one coming on to me, I didn't even want to. Needless to say she moved up to a 16 year old. Girls are usually 2 years ahead of guys in terms of sexuality, not maturity per say. I would say that one should maintain a 2 year gap at most for anyone under 17. So if you are 17, 15 will do! But no 14 year olds...

I'm over 35 and see girls all the time that are probably 16-17 that are hot as sh*t, I would avoid them like the plague but that doesn't mean they aren't hot.
If I'm attracted to them should I feel bad? Absolutely not!!!! I would also feel I was taking advantage if I were to date a girl that young.

Morally wrong? No. In the old days, a boy became a man at 13 years old. And girls got married and pregnant at 13 all the time.

Check your state's law. In my state, underage consensual sex is OK when the age difference is 2 years or less.

Always practice safe sex.

This is really important. The age of sexual consent varies from state to state, as well as the date of legal adulthood. You're the only one responsible for the moral question at stake here... no one is going to haul you off to jail if you decide you violated your moral center.

But

If you violate the state's moral center and get caught, you're dealing with something totally different. If you really care about this, there are 2 questions to consider: First, can you be viewed as a legal adult in your jurisdiction. Second, can you be guilty of any type of sexual violation due to the difference between your age and the girl's age. This would be a lot more cut and dry if you were either 16 or 18. 18, you're definitely adult and above the age of consent in every state. 16, you're probably not legally viewable as an adult (but, that doesn't quite matter if it's a jury trial) and are at or below the age of consent in almost every state.

I doubt you could be tried as an adult for dating an underage girl while you yourself are underage. They can't just decide to try you as an adult for a crime which is only a crime if you are an adult.

Wow the entire joke was he is obviously the one who ultimately decides if it's morally wrong so he shouldn't be asking us. So if I convince him that it's morally wrong, that's his fault. To be frank I think you're kinda slow for not understanding my post.

I read this first thing in the morning yesterday before my coffee, was half asleep, jumped to respond. I read back through it later because I was thinking that I've seen your posts before, and that could have never been your view on the subject.

I'm not talking pedophile 12-13 year old girls, but I bet you've checked out some girl who was 14-15 (not even realizing it) and thought damn, I'd hit that. You even said yourself that young girls are starting to look older and older. 14-15 is when girls start developing boobs and become sexually attractive to me. I can't help it, it's hard coded into my biology. But it doesn't mean I'm going to try and have sex with them. I'd rather not have a sex offender charge on my record.

But this whole "morality" debate just humors me.

Oh yeah you're right, I thought I was mature enough. Luckily however I personally didn't make that mistake til later. (Mistake is a bit harsh, I liked my first time actually.)

That's fair enough, you've got no obligation to. You know that the girl will regret it. But I would say to the guys who aren't comfortable with that not to go there, they won't be remembered fondly.

And yeah I don't blame you for being attracted to some of them, at 15 I was packing dd's and could pass for a fair bit older when I wanted to.

You better find out the age of consent in your state.

In Illinois, the age of consent is 17, so if you are 17 and were to f*ck a 15 year old, that's jail time for you.
