Since you're obviously a beginner, you should probably stay. :rolleyes: Instead of posting vague replies, why don't you actually try being helpful? I didn't say anything about upper and lower chest, because I have a different reason for doing incline benches: THEY ARE LESS RISKY THAN FLAT BENCH.
