You often times hear about developing each part of the chest with different exercises.

I use dumbells 100% because i dont like benching with the barbell, plus i can really squeeze my pecs and get em working.

Ive completely ignored doing any type of decline work... i stick to flat DB and incline DB as my main chest builders.

Am i missing out alot?

Decline chest is a complete waste of time in my opinion. Just do regular and incline

Decline bench is laughable. A complete waste of time. It's for the guys in the gym who are trying to look like they know what they're doing.

Do you ever see people doing squats on an incline/decline?

"Do you ever see people doing squats on an incline/decline?"

wtf does this have to do with anything in this thread ffs.

no you dont need decline, but once in a while change things up and use it. i would not depend on it though. stick to incline as your main chest builder.

If you're gonna do incline/decline work with one group of muscles... then why not do it with every muscle?

I do dips to hit the sternal head of the pecs which is what decline chest work targets.

Alright there buttercup,

I probably don't train under the methods of one of the best sprinting coaches in the world... I'll see you at the finish line pal, while you're developing your "upper" chest.

Sprinting and lifting are two different things. If you were a professional baseball player, that doesn't mean you know jack squat about hockey, and with sprinting and lifting it's the same deal. Again, don't pretend you know what you're talking about.
