At 18, no. I don't know when the hell it came to be considered the norm to lose your virginity well before 18, but anyone who thinks odd of your for being an 18 year old virgin is a little touched in the head if you ask me. So long as there isn't an obvious reason as to why you're a virgin.

Most girls will see it as a sign of encouragement that you've slept with a small amount, and if you're an otherwise attractive person she'll surely feel that you could have slept with a lot more if you wanted to and the fact that you're interested in her means she's special.

I just recently had a conversation in the pub with a few freinds from work, one of whom is a girl and after a few drinks the conversation of sex turned up.

This girl was horrified that one of my mates who's 19 had slept with 14 girls where as she gave me quite a lot of respect for only sleeping with 4 (I'm 18). This girl is very hot by the way, easily an 8, probably 9. I have no intention of sleeping with her for several reasons and am very happy with be just freinds with her, not in an AFC way that I secretely lust for something more but just because I think she's a nice girl but not really my type for a relationship and I don't think I'm her's either.

I will mention one thing though, she has just dumped her boyfreind to be with my mate that's slept with 14 girls although I think she sees the 14 girls thing as a hinderance, because he's an otherwise really nice guy(not AFC but just a genuinely good bloke but he won't take any ****).
