You live in LA, and out of 35 people, only two seriously work out? By the way, you're right, according to the BMI charts, you are overweight, and poor marmel is obese. I've always suspected that the insurance companies will eventually try to tie the amount of your health insurance payments to your BMI. Actually, I've been told this is already being done in some places. Supposedly the BMI scale dates back to Civil War days, when people were smaller on average. By making more people appear to be overweight, the insurance companies can collect more money.
