Introversion

I've been doing a lot of reading on the subject and have come to the conclusion that I'm not really that shy, just introverted. I think this is a big reason why I've been single so long. It definitely affects your ability to meet and form relationships with women.

Does anyone else here consider themselves to be introverted? If so, how did you overcome this limitation when it comes to meeting women?

Hell yeah. Biggest thing is to force yourself to be around people more even though you'd prefer to be alone doing your own thing.

For me, a perfect example of this is that I would go to the gym in the middle of the day while nobody else was there so that I would be alone. Now I intentionally go at night when it is busiest. I have gotten into a lot more conversations than I would have and made a lot of new friends this way, which has helped greatly.
