Just wondering how it's going for the rest of you Net daters. I'm meeting between 2-4 new women a week and deciding to go forward with about half (1-2). By the second meeting I've qualified them and by the 3rd or 4th meeting... Well...

In a nutshell I'm averaging about 2 women a month that fall into my "fully qualified" category. Basically they are women that I enjoy hanging out with for one reason or another.

It's about the same percentage for women I meet while I'm out and about. It really depends on whether I notice any that catches my eye when I'm running errands or at a club. How about the rest of you?

Yeah, you're right. It wasn't until I actually bit the bullet and joined that allowed me to really take advantage of the service.

Also consider working on your profile and allude to the fact that fatties aren't allowed. I do and it had dramatically lowered the number of zaftig women who respond. However it doesn't help when they believe that they are of "average" size. Hmmm, actually I guess overweight people are the norm nowadays...

It kinda sounded as if you were a player but still, mad props to you. I don't have the patience to keep up a high rotation so I tend to keep a decent number of fillies in the stable. Not bad for the cost of the night although movies are d@mn expensive. That's why I do the "I'll get the movie and you pick up the..." drinks/snacks/dinner or whatever.

I am meeting 3-4 week easy, and most of them are more or less who they say they are looks-wise, some are even better looking than in their photos. BTW they are not fat, most are intelligent hotties 25-30. For example, one is a 26 year old HB 9 who just finished her MD at Stanford (Harvard Undergrad) and is applying into various residency programs, another one is a 25 year old aspiring writer-very inelligent and witty as well as an HB 8.5(and she contacted me!) Another one is 29 year old , HB 9 and working on her doctorate in neursychology, and another is an HB 8 -a 28 year old who is a corporate trainer of some sort. These are only some of the few desperate loser women who I have met on the internet so far

Don't you hate it! All these desperate women that obviously have nothing going for them. And look at you! You're minding your business, just put a little ad online and now all these women are trying to talk to you! They've got a lot of nerve! My gosh, they're just taking up all your time, ain't it just awful???!!!

I have no problem with "internet dating" as long as you use it as a technique to get your numbers up.

I have a problem with it when you use it as your only approach to meeting chicks, with no regard to approaching a living, breathing, female face-to-face.

I agree 100%. I much preffer face to face meetings. The internet gig is way to slow for my taste. I now have about 23 girls from Toronto down to Austrailia who want me to visit them. I have gained quite a few phone numbers and I get calls all day long from around the world from these women at www.loveiscolorblind.com

But this site is only for women who want black men, so I've cut down my rejection rate that I got at regular sites like match.com or yahoo.com

When I first took out my ad it was amazing to watch the request bombard my inbox every 10 minutes. I only selected the best looking to MY taste to chat with...and it's all good but too slow!

I've tried several different poses and looks and it's the smile that wins the most attention every time!

So I would recommend you internet heads re-taking your head shot photos and put some energy into your smile.

It should be warm and inviting. If you look at mine you will notice a twinkle in my eyes...an acting thing...but try to make your eyes sparkle with energy!!

As they say the eyes are the window to the soul!

You guys either have a problem qualifying women or you play their "email romance" game. Check out the entire thread, there's a few of us that meet new women weekly and probably get further than the typical guy meeting a woman in a bar or on the street. Don't denounce the medium when it's the participants are in control of the outcome.

You'll have to bite the bullet twice. First, go ahead and get the membership, if you use the service enough it will pay for itself in a month or two. Second, you should reply with one or two emails just to qualify her.

Write her and thank her for her kind words. Ask her what piqued her interest most about your ad. After receiving her response and you responding once again, just ask her to meet you after work for coffee (yeah skip the phone number). This is the best way to determine her IL.

She will definitely meet you if her IL is high. If she doesn't want to meet, drop her down on your list of possibilities and focus your efforts on someone else. Oh yeah, if you two do meet and hit it off well after meeting for coffee, she will more than likely just give you her telephone number.

That's it right there. It's all in the qualfying process. That particular site only had about 5 women in Sacramento so I shoulda walked away. Only one of the 5 were fine enough.

Which should be a main qualifyer when your looking at a particular site.

Since I'm in a different marketing class than you caucasian or passable types then I need to find or create my own site that caters to my needs and to others like me.

Hmmm that does give me a good idea for my next website.
