Some time ago, I posted about a body paint artist that last month had a "display" of a nude woman in body art with "vile" messages said by men on this woman's body. Some of them were "You should smile more" to "You wear too much make-up" not even sexual, to "Grab 'em by the p**sy", and ode to Trump I suppose.
She's been pushing her agenda the past month, and reposting the same pictures. Then today, she went all out and added some supplemental stuff about "Things said to women by men, when women rejected the men. She posted a link to a site dedicated to screen shots of men that made inappropriate remarks to women via text or chat....when they didn't get the answer or blow off they wanted.
Apparenty, she was even confronted by her one of her own "contributions" regarding the inappropriate comments he made, and she directed him to the body paint piece. He thought it was "cool"...at first, but when confronted by his own year ago texts...he walked away...stunned.
She was told by others that the piece was "questionable" but she doesn't regret doing it. So basically, she had a couple of his "sample texts" on this woman's body art. She said, "If you don't like these pictures or what I'm doing here, feel free to unfollow/unfriend me."
Seriously, does there really need to be an art gallery dedicated to this kind of thing?
International Women's Day is to celebrate women's contribution to society and not about playing the victim card, does it not?
